How to place an order?

You can place an order easily and safely through our secure checkout. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART on the product page. Your shopping cart will automatically update as new items are added. You can access your cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right of any page. Once you are ready, you can complete your purchase by clicking CHECKOUT in your shopping cart, fill out the necessary information and get your gear. It’s that F*CKING simple!

How do I track my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once we have processed, packed and shipped your package, you will receive a tracking number via email. Your patience is very much appreciated during this time and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us at contact@urbamerican.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we make all orders on demand, we do not accept order cancellations. However, if you wish to get your money back for an item that was purchased, we do allow returns within 28 days of delivery for a full refund - as long as the item/s are in their original condition with the tags on.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order, not including the day your order was placed. We make all orders on demand to ensure the best quality for our customers and to help eliminate environmental waste. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, both within the US & Internationally. Please see below for further details:

Your package will be dispatched from our Los Angeles facility within 3-5 business days of placing your order due to the fact that we make our items on demand.

Customs and Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

How do I return an item?

URBAMERICAN offers 28 days to return your goods from the date you received them!
What we need you to do..

✓ Fill in the returns form that is we include in your package. This form will come pre-filled with your name, order number, and item/s you purchased. All we ask if that you fill in the Reason for Return Code next to the unwanted goods.
✓ Your URBAMERICAN mailer can be re-used for returns so there is no need for new packaging when sending unwanted items back to us.
✓ Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags!
✓ Please note: We do not provide free return shipping. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

What we do when we receive your return..

✓ Once your return arrives to our facility, we’ll begin processing it as soon as possible.
✓ Refunds will be given once the item/s have been received, checked and processed.
✓ Please give us up to 3 business days upon the arrival of your return to do so.
✓ If we receive a return without any instructions, we’ll be in touch as quickly as possible to see how you would like to proceed.

✓ Sale items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your item/s. If returned after 7 days, we can offer store credit only.
✓ Anything returned after our 28 day return policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
✓ If items are returned used or in a worn condition, they will not be eligible for a return.
✓ Items that were purchased with a discount code are eligible for our 28 day return policy.

How do I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges if you are in need of a different size or color for the same item. However, we do not accept exchanges for alternative items. This would require a return of the item and a new order to be submitted.

What we need you to do..

✓ The return form provided to you includes an exchange section at the bottom of the page. In this section, please include the product you are exchanging and the new size or color you are looking to receive in its place.
✓ You will then package the item/s in the URBAMERICAN mailer box provided and ship it back it us.
✓ What we do when we receive your exchange..
✓ Once your item/s have arrived at our facility, we will check and process the return.
✓ As long as the returned item/s are in good/original condition, we will dispatch your new item/s right away!
