What we need you to do.
✓ Please fill out our Return Form. (Download Form)
✓ Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags!
Please note: We do not provide free return shipping. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
What we do when we receive your return..
✓ Once your item/s have arrived at our facility, the return will be processed.
✓ Refunds will be given once the item/s have been received, checked and processed. Please give us up to 3 business days upon the arrival of your return to do so.
Please note:
✓ Full refund within 7 days of receiving your item/s. After 7 days, store credit only.
✓ After our 25 days return policy, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
✓ If items are returned used or in a worn condition, they will not be eligible for a return.
✓ Items that were purchased with a discount code are still eligible for our 25 day return policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you are in need of a different size. However, we do not accept exchanges for alternative items.
